How do I update a Rate Card?

Rate Cards can be updated to reflect changes or adjustments in pricing, service details, or other relevant information. Follow the steps below to edit an existing Rate Card and ensure all updates are properly saved before submission.

Steps to Edit a Rate Card

1. Go to My Services located on the left side of the screen.
2. Select the Rate Card you want to update.
   Note: you can search for a Rate Cards country or apply filters such as shipping product, action, portion, or status to narrow own your results.
3. Open the Rate Card to view its details.
4. Click Edit Rate Card Pricing.
5. Update your rates and any other relevant information as needed.
6. Save each update before moving to another section.

After saving each update, the changes will be automatically applied to the Rate Card.
