Withdrawing a Rate Card allows it to be removed when it should no longer be available for pricing. All your created Rate Cards can be found in My Services. Below, you will find the steps to complete this process.
Steps to Withdraw a Rate Card
Go to My Services.
Locate the Rate Card that needs to be withdrawn.
Note: you can search for a Rate Cards country or apply filters such as shipping product, action, portion, or status to narrow down your results.
Click on the Rate Card to open its details.
In the left panel, select Withdraw this submission.
Confirm the action to complete the withdrawal.
After the Rate Card is withdrawn, it will no longer be published or available for pricing.
