How Do I Upload My Door Rates

To upload your door rates, go to the Services section of your Rate Card and select, for each location, whether services will be provided directly or through a third party. Once your card fees are complete, continue to the Set Door Fees section to upload your door rates. 

Follow the steps below to set up and submit your fees correctly: 

Choose Where You Will Provide Door Delivery

First, indicate where you will offer door delivery services.

1. In the Door Fees section, click on Door Services. Here you will find a table listing your selected locations and their corresponding countries, along with a Door Locations Supported box.

2. The country where the shipment is located will be selected automatically.

3. If you would like to support additional countries, enter the country name in the Door Locations Supported search box and select it from the list. 

Set Up Your Door Fees

Before entering your rates, choose how you would like to structure your pricing. You have two options:

• Set Different Rates for Each City

1. Select your preferred fee structure from the dropdown menu.

2. Download the personalized CSV template provided.

3. Open the file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Google Sheets.

4. Enter your rates according to the selected pricing structure.

5. Upload the file back into the platform.

6. Click and save and continue.  

Note: The file is automatically added to the platform upon upload. If anything needs to be corrected, the system will notify you of the required changes. Once corrected, you can re-upload the file. 

• Apply the Same Rate to All Cities in a Country

1. Select your fee structure from the dropdown menu.

2. Enter the charges directly into the platform.

3. The same pricing will automatically apply to every city within the selected country.

4. Click Save and Continue.

Remote PickUP

This section is optional. This rate applies only to cities not explicitly listed in your uploaded CSV and is considered Full Truckload in size.

1. Enable the Remote Area Door Rate toggle.

2. Select your fee structure from the dropdown menu.

3. Enter the charges directly into the platform.

4. The same pricing will automatically apply to every city within the selected country.

5. Click Save and Continue. 

Note: This rate does not account for islands or water barriers. If your country has delivery locations on islands, this option is not recommended.
