When building your Rate Card in the Services section, you can select the services you will offer at each location. If you choose to provide Door Services directly or have a third party handle those services on your behalf. Once you have entered your card fees you can continue to Set Door fees section and add your door rates.
Follow the steps below to set up and submit your fees correctly:
Step 1: Choose Where You Will Provide Door Delivery
First, indicate the countries where you will offer door delivery services.
In the Door Fees section, click on Door Services. Here you will find a table listing your selected ports and their corresponding countries, along with a Door Locations Supported field.
The country where the shipment is located will be selected automatically.
If you would like to support additional countries, enter the country name in the Door Locations Supported search box and select it from the list.

Step 2: Set Up Your Door Fees
Before entering your rates, choose how you would like to structure your pricing. You have two options:
Set Different Rates for Each City
Select your preferred fee structure from the dropdown menu.
Download the personalized CSV template provided.
Open the file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Enter your rates according to the selected pricing structure.
Save the completed file.
Upload the file back into the platform.
Click Save and Continue to apply the changes.
Apply the Same Rate to All Cities in a Country
Select your preferred fee structure from the dropdown menu.
Enter the charges directly into the platform.
The same pricing will automatically apply to every city within the selected country.
Once completed, click Save and Continue to activate your rates.
